Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Sosyomax Ltd. (İngiltere ve Galler, şirket no. 17141685; "biz") tarafından sunulan Perry mobil uygulamasını ve perrysocial.com sitesini ("Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet

Perry, işletmenize ve markanıza özel sosyal medya içerikleri (görseller, paylaşım metinleri, içerik takvimleri) hazırlamak için yapay zekâ kullanır ve onayınızla bu içerikleri Instagram hesabınızda paylaşabilir.

2. Hesabınız

Hizmeti kullanmak için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmanız ve doğru bilgilerle hesap açmanız gerekir.
Hesabınızın ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulamada Profil → Hesap ayarları → Hesabı sil adımlarıyla silebilirsiniz.

3. Instagram bağlantısı

Instagram hesabınızı bağlamak için Instagram'ın resmi giriş ekranını kullanırsınız ve Perry'ye yalnızca sizin verdiğiniz izinler tanınır.
Perry, yalnızca sizin onayladığınız içerikleri ve sizin belirlediğiniz zamanda paylaşır.
Instagram'ı kullanımınız Meta'nın kendi koşullarına ve topluluk kurallarına tabidir; bunlara uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Bağlantıyı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan veya Instagram ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.

4. İçerikleriniz

Yüklediğiniz logo, fotoğraf ve metinlerin haklarına sahip olduğunuzu veya bunları kullanma izniniz olduğunu kabul edersiniz.
İçeriklerinizin ve Perry ile üretilen içeriklerin sahibi sizsiniz. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için bize bu içerikleri işleme, saklama ve sizin talimatınızla Instagram'da yayınlama izni verirsiniz.
Yapay zekâ ile üretilen içerikler hatalı, eksik veya beklentinizden farklı olabilir. İçerikleri yayınlamadan önce gözden geçirmek ve onayladığınız içeriklerden sorumlu olmak size aittir.

5. Kabul edilemez kullanım

Hizmeti; yasa dışı, yanıltıcı, nefret söylemi içeren, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya istenmeyen (spam) içerikler üretmek ya da paylaşmak; Hizmetin güvenliğini bozmak veya Hizmete otomatik araçlarla izinsiz erişmek için kullanamazsınız. Bu kurallara aykırı kullanımda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

6. Abonelikler, krediler ve ödemeler

Mobil uygulamadaki abonelikler ve kredi paketleri App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve ödeme bu mağazalar tarafından alınır.
Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı süre ve ücretle otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Aboneliğin aylık içerik hakkı her dönem yenilenir; kullanılmayan haklar sonraki döneme devretmez. Satın alınan krediler süresizdir.
İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın (Apple veya Google) iade politikalarına tabidir.
Fiyatlar uygulamada gösterilir ve önceden bildirilerek değiştirilebilir.

7. Hizmetin değişmesi ve sona ermesi

Hizmeti geliştirmek için özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Siz de Hizmeti istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını, üretilen içeriklerin belirli bir sonuç (ör. etkileşim veya satış) sağlayacağını garanti etmeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda Hizmet için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullar, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan yasal haklarınızı etkilemez.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar İngiltere ve Galler hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciler, ikamet ettikleri ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümlerinden yararlanmaya devam eder.

10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

These terms govern your use of the Perry mobile app and the perrysocial.com website (the "Service") provided by Sosyomax Ltd. (England and Wales, company no. 17141685; "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Perry uses AI to create social media content tailored to your business and brand (images, captions, content calendars) and, with your approval, can publish this content to your Instagram account.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in details secure.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account settings → Delete account.

3. Instagram connection

You connect your Instagram account through Instagram's official login screen, and Perry receives only the permissions you grant.
Perry publishes only the content you approve, at the time you choose.
Your use of Instagram is subject to Meta's own terms and community guidelines, which you are responsible for following.
You can remove the connection at any time in the app or in your Instagram settings.

4. Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the logos, photos and text you upload.
You own your content and the content created with Perry. You grant us permission to process and store it and to publish it to Instagram on your instruction, so that we can provide the Service.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or different from what you expect. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for the content you approve.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing or spam content, to interfere with the security of the Service, or to access the Service with automated tools without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Subscriptions, credits and payments

Subscriptions and credit packs in the mobile app are purchased through the App Store or Google Play, and payment is collected by those stores.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
A subscription's monthly content allowance resets each period; unused allowance does not carry over. Purchased credits do not expire.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the relevant store (Apple or Google).
Prices are shown in the app and may change with prior notice.

7. Changes to and ending the Service

We may change, add or remove features to improve the Service. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that generated content will achieve any particular result (such as engagement or sales), and we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where they live.

10. Changes and contact
